policy & research director
Who He Is: I’m a licensed architect and am involved with a variety of organizations that combine arts, culture, and history with urbanism and community development. As the Policy & Research Director at CCI, I work to gather and share information on government processes and propose better solutions for the ones that aren’t working as well as they should be. I believe in community meetings – both formal and informal. I try to explain really difficult, complex things simply and why simple things are actually quite complex and difficult. When I’m not at the office, I can probably be found at City Hall, the library, or chilling with my award-winning cat.
Community Is: a nine-letter word
Favorite Dinosaur: Dino from The Flintstones - the snorkasaurus (It’s probably no longer a dinosaur, just like Pluto is no longer a planet, which is disruptive to my childhood and everything I was taught in school.)
