Co-LaB’s mission is to provide individuals the opportunity to save a substantial percentage of their living wage by providing aesthetically beautiful, affordable housing, opening up new opportunities for them to reshape their futures for the better.

Co-LaB provides room rentals to low-income earners by converting rooms into dignified co-living communities. The organization offers a wide range of amenities for about $650 a month, allowing residents to live in a fully-furnished all utility inclusive room in a home with other likeminded hardworking individuals. Co-LaB views the re-emergence of co-living as an opportunity to bring individuals together under one roof to save for the things that matter most.
