Cool Moms Dance too

The mission of Cool Moms Dance Too “CMDToo” is to increase family engagement, using dance and journaling as a stress coping mechanism, self-expression outlet, mental and physical health alternative and community connector.

Cool Moms Dance Too is a for-profit venture aimed at improving the mental and physical health of families. The studio provides cultural dance wellness programs that have been proven to improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
