Starting a Social Enterprise – Boss Budgeting

  • Center for Civic Innovation 115 Martin Luther King Junior Drive Southwest #200 Atlanta, GA, 30303 United States (map)

You tested your idea and it solves a problem, so what now?

A budget is a simple idea - what are ALL of your costs and how are you going to pay for them - but most of us want nothing to do with numbers, spreadsheets and anything that get's us away from the work.

Well, its time to get over that. Building any successful social enterprise requires you to understand and create accurate budgets, period.

The third in our foundations of entrepreneurship series, this workshop will walk you through how to build a budget that includes all of your costs (including your time) and how to use those numbers to drive earning revenue.

More importantly, you will leave with a fundamental appreciation for how budgets will serve as an important guide to your work now and as you grow your venture in the years to come.

We highly recommend those interested in attending this workshop to first attend our "Starting a Social Enterprise: Where to Begin" workshop being held on November 10th as the principles we cover are crucial to being properly prepared for this next set of tools.

Earlier Event: November 27
Leadership Breakfast: Brett Daniels
