Starting a Social Enterprise: How to Test Your Idea

  • Center for Civic Innovation 115 Martin Luther King Junior Drive Southwest #200 Atlanta, GA, 30303 United States (map)

You know your problem - who it affects, why it happens, the impact it has - so how do you solve it?

The second in our series on the foundations of entrepreneurship, this workshop is perfect for people with a clear understanding of the problem they want to solve and are eager to start trying to solve it.  In addition to a refresher on problem statements, you will walk away with a clear understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SMART Metrics.  Put another way, you will know what success looks like.  Finally, we will help you design a prototype to achieve that success, giving you the tools to go out and give it a shot without breaking the bank.

We highly recommend those interested in attending this workshop to first attend our "Starting a Social Enterprise: Where to Begin" workshop being held on October 20th as the principles we cover are crucial to being properly prepared for this next set of tools.
