As a small nonprofit organization, we can always use help making our coworking space in South Downtown feel welcoming and warm and that people know where they need to go. Helping with our front desk might entail:
Directing visitors in our space to the right office
Helping CCI staff give tours of our space to potential coworkers or members
Being the point-person for room reservations in our space
Checking-in visitors when they arrive
And other duties as they arise.
We are so excited that you are ready to join our community of #goodtrouble. During this training, we will dive into the nitty gritty of what you need to know to be a successful volunteer with us, what the perks of volunteering are, and anything else you might need to know!
Note: You must attend this training if you plan to join us as a front desk volunteer.
