NATIONAL COMPETITION FOR CREATIVE IDEAS ADVANCING SOCIAL JUSTICE
The creative community has been the heart and soul of social movements throughout history.
With that in mind, A3C Festival & Conference and the Center for Civic Innovation are proud to bring back A3C Action, a national competition for ideas that use art, music, and hip hop culture as a vehicle to advance social justice and civic engagement in underserved communities. This includes ideas like an art-based curriculum for homeless youth in Atlanta and a program in Philadelphia that pairs up law enforcement officials with recently incarcerated youth to make films together.

2016 A3C ACTION
In 2016 7 finalists from across the country - Virginia, Florida, Ohio, Philadelphia and more - came to Atlanta and pitched their projects for a chance to walk away with $10,000. Big thanks to our sponsors Mailchimp, the City of Atlanta and ChooseATL!
2015 A3C ACTION
In 2015, we awarded over $15,000 to five amazing organizations from Atlanta, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C.
SUPPORT A3C ACTION
You don't have to have your own idea to be a part of A3C Action. The success of this program relies on people like you as volunteers, mentors, and megaphones for this work. For example, this year, we'll be creating an A3C Action Mentorship program and developing media kits to help you talk about A3C Action in your own communities.
INVEST AND PARTNER
We are able to invest in these amazing programs and initiatives thanks to the generous support of partners and donors. Your contributions allow us to fund programs around the country that are improving the lives of people and directly making impact on the ground. 100% of donations go directly into the ideas we support.
